Gemini Arrives in Coventry

We took delivery of our newest addition late last week, when the Miles Gemini arrived in Coventry. As you can see from the picture, she has a long road to recovery ahead of her, but we're confident she's going to make it. I've put together some information about her in the Aircraft Details section of the site, or you can jump straight to it by clicking here.

We're excited to welcome a Gemini to our collection; they're a rare and delightful little twin that will make a fabulous sight when she takes to the air in a couple of years' time.

Very much enjoyed my Two visits to CAF this year and the lovely Blue Canberra was wonderful to see. What I am Really waiting for is to see Canberra WK 163. I saw it ,at Farnborough in 1956 taking off with it`s Sprite Rockets and the noise is still ringing inside my Head . When will it Arrive at CAF?

We're all looking forward to it too, Brian! She's coming together well, but restoration is always a complex business, involving a lot more paper-pushing than spanner-twiddling. But we're pretty confident that she'll be delivering her unique brand of heavy metal music in the first half of 2014.
